The Story Behind "Through Ry's Eyes"

Welcome to my journey!

For the past few years, I’ve been chasing the kind of life that feels real—one filled with adventure, creativity, connection, and meaning. Through Ry’s Eyes is my attempt to capture that journey.

I’ve recently returned from a solo trip across the world with a camera in hand, capturing the quiet moments, the wild landscapes, and the stories that unfold when you step into the unknown. Photography started as a way to document my experiences, but it’s grown into something much deeper—a way for me to share perspective, emotion, and curiosity with others.

After my year of travel, I decided to move back to Indianapolis to ground myself for a while—working, running, creating, and building this little corner of the internet, before embarking on my next adventures, which may include teaching English in Japan, traveling in a van from Alaska to Patagonia, helping a friend open a hotel in Costa Rica, and so much more.
